Passive vapor may be no more harmful (and probably way better smelling) than smoke and vapor-free human breath and even outdoor air.
Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Blaze Electronic Cigarettes has been in business since 2012 and has some of the lowest pricing e-cigs on the market. No single item sold by the brand costs more than $12.95 (at the time of writing) with many items sold at wholesale prices so it’s hard to wonder how the company is turning a profit. Henley took a different approach and is not only based in NYC, but also opened up their very own “vaporium” in Manhattan. And that shop has garnered the brand a lot of media coverage.
This past Wednesday the most populous city in the United States held a public hearing to discuss a proposed amendment to the New York Clean Indoor Air Act. The bill, sponsored by NYC Councilman James F. Gennaro, seeks to regulate usage of electronic cigarettes the same way smoking is prohibited in public places like restaurants, bars, workplaces and parks.
