I’ve been using V2 for a few months and everything is working great so far. The vapor isn’t as much as mods but it’s pretty portable so I just carry it around wherever I go and use my mod at home. They have a good selection of juice too. Haven’t tried their new vaporizer but have heard good things.

Had been a V2 customer for 3 years. Upgraded to the Series 7 Pro model. Looked and worked great out of the box. As the cartridges ran out (14-21 days), you have to purchase a whole replacement cartridge for $13 (instead of just replacing coils at $3-$4 each). These cartridges break, leak, and the mouthpieces and collars can easily come off.
To make matters worse, V2 did not stock enough supply of these replacement cartridges. Mine is dead, I can’t get more from them for the last 2 weeks (and at least 2 weeks more), so I am no longer able to use my unit. V2 was unable to offer any help. Just need to sit here and wait with a useless $140 paperweight disguised as a vaporizer. To be out all that money, and then can’t vape, is just ridiculous. I’m heading down the street to spend half the money on something just as good, that can be maintained with more commonly available coils. I WOULD NOT recommend their Pro series product to anyone!

Been using V2 for a few years and never any problems. Everything about the product has been positive and I have tried other brands before staying with V2. They have sent me on two occasions the Zig-Zag usb charger and batteries. Last November one battery exploded and burned a bed cover. Yesterday one exploded in my car while traveling at 65 mph. I sent them the first bad battery with a letter and photos. they did not reply. I followed up with two emails, which they ignored. Today I sent photos of the battery that exploded in my car, rather than sending the physical battery. This one I am holding onto! Lets see how they respond.

Was very excited to try until I found I was wasting my money from the battery going dead before even a full day of use. The disposable will start blinking with just a few uses.. My last one only lasted two times. Too bad because the taste of it I do enjoy. Will not use again.

I have used V2 since I started using electronic cigarettes. I LOVED it. The customer service was excellent, prices great and shipping cheap. Now as of 03/18/15, the shipping charges have gone up astronomically and the customer service is no existent. I ordered on 3/15 and as of now, only a shipping label has been created. I ordered again on 3/16 and paid the extra shipping charge to get it here in 3 days. As of today, 3/18, only a shipping label has been created. It will not let me send an email on the website and live chat is nothing but crickets. I will be asking for a full refund and finding a new ecig company.

Just bought the V2 PRO and I am really impressed!! I have been using other vaping devices but this the Pro is really great. Love it!

I haven’t touched a cig in almost 4 months 🙂 these e-cigs really help. V2 is my fav brand so far. really good taste, good battery life, amazing smoke, and just an overall good replacement for my nasty cigs.

After trying five or six e-cig brands, I settled on V-2. To my taste, they have the best flavor and the most satisfying vapor. Since I’m trying to quit smoking altogether, I buy only the disposables. But they have real problems with quality control. Each of the 10-packs I’ve ordered from the V-2 website had 2 duds (dead battery, apparently). Their customer service people were quick to offer replacements, but the replacements had the same 20% failure rate. The local store also told me that defective V’-2s are returned “all the time” and other brands not at all. I reported this to V-2 customer service, hoping they would pass it on to the quality control people, but they just said to be careful not to store them at high temperature. Since they were obviously not interested in hearing constructive feedback, I didn’t argue — e.g., I didn’t point out that I stored the e-cigs at room temperature and that the local store would certainly store all their brands under the same conditions. So enjoy your V-2s — they really are the best — but be prepared to get 8 for the price of 10.

V2 Cigs has competent marketing. Their products are compare well to what is available from other vendors. It is easy to make purchases from their website. However, placing an order and paying for the product does not necessarily mean that you will receive your product.

I ordered products from the V2 website that I have not received. I made repeated requests that they ship my products to no avail. Finally, I requested that they credit back to my card the money that they have taken from me. I have not had any success getting V2 Cigs to resolve the transaction.

This was my third order with V2, and my last. This experience has made me regret any interaction with the company. I will also mention that they will not ship on the same day that you order. It makes no difference the time of day, they will hold your order from shipping for at least 24 hours before shipping.

I’ve bought over 10 e-cigs this year and none of them worked out for me. I kept reaching for my pack of cigarettes. I almost gave up on e-cigs altogether, until I did some research and found V2. I didn’t think much of them at first and thought they’d be just like the other 10 ecigs that failed me. But I gave them a shot anyway and I gotta say I’m pretty surprised! They make a lot of claims on their site (thickest vapor, best battery life, high quality e-liquids, etc) but I thought these were just for marketing. I’ve been using my V2 Ex for a couple of weeks and gotta say they’re not lying. It’s the best one i’ve tried so far. The flavors are really good and they have a few tobacco options for people like me who still enjoy the taste of tobacco. The vape is smooth and I get a lot of clouds from each hit. You can probably get better vapor production with a eGo or Mod but for a beginner type e-cig this is really good. On their site it says their coming out with a vaporizer in the summer so I’ll post another review once I get to try that.

This product is great for cutting down or quitting the real thing. When I ordered my starter kit I got the Sahara cartridges. Big mistake. I found I couldn’t hit it without coughing. Much harsher than a real cigarette. Why would I want that ? Order the flavor pack so you can find the flavor that’s right for you. Congress is my favorite. It’s not harsh on your throat and tastes like a good cigar. Menthol is good too. It’s all in what you like there’s quite a variety to chose from at V2

I did quite a bit of intense research before I decided to choose an eCig brand. I’ve seen friends try over and over again with different eCig brands, only to give into frustration. I was more than a little skeptical that this “invention” was going to ever keep me from smoking, but I was too scared of the consequences not to try. Both my husband and I were heavy smokers for over 20 years and each of us has lost a parent due to cancer, and neither of us had been in any way successful in our attempts to quit smoking.
I decided on V2 Cigs due to the glowing reviews across the web. Our first kit arrived April 1, 2011, and neither of us have smoked a tobacco cigarette since that day. Nearly three years ago and our lives (and health) have improved drastically. We still use V2 today. The financial cost compared to smoking regular cigarettes is pennies on the dollar, but all of that is nothing compared to knowing that I’m not going to succumb to lung cancer. If you’re going to take the leap, give V2 a try. Their customer service is phenomenal. You won’t be sorry.

I like v2 a lot. The batteries work great and vapor production is impressive. Their ultimate kit (which is the one I ordered) comes with bunch of accessories (carrying case, lanyards, chragers, etc) which can be useful down the road. Prices are OK. The only downside is they don’t have a lot of e-liquid flavors…would be nice to see some fruity or dessert flavors.

Went to local smoke shop and they said it would be good to start with a disposable to see if I thought this was for me before I bought a kit. I got a Blu menthol. I still had analogs in the house and found that I only used the disposable when I didn’t want to go outside to smoke as even though everyone here smokes, we don’t do it in the house. As soon as the analogs were gone, I realized that these were a good replacement although they didn’t taste like an analog… they tasted better. I ended up with the V2 Ultimate kit and shared with my son. Love the passthru battery and the recharging case. The Menthol, Coffee, and Pumpkin Spice(seasonal) are really great. I have found that flavors are totally different with the clearomizers and you get more vapor and they open up a whole new world. I have become a flavor junkie. I get the clearomizers from Halo and love Halo’s Kringle’s Cure e juice and their Shamrock but V2 juices are great too and if they come out with more flavors that I think I would like, I would definitely give them a try. I get cartos from Halo too because of all the colors so I can keep track of which juice it is… a color coding system : ) V2 currently only offers cartos in white and to me that is boring. I ended up buying a second kit because I wanted a couple more batteries and was cheaper that way. So far, their customer service has been excellent and in a month I have from 1.8 nic down to 1.2 and think I will go lower with my next order of juice. I don’t know that I will ever be nicotine free but I guess only time will tell. After all, I was a 2+ pack a day smoker before the V2 and now I really don’t like being around anyone who smokes because they stink. I feel like apologizing to everyone in my life that I subjected to me when I was a smoker. To sum up my experience, I think V2 is as good as any out there and better than most and they keep getting better and expanding, customer service has been great so far and their price is more than competitive. Give it a try if you are on the fence and remember that you can send it back for full refund within the first 30 days.

I’m a great fan of red and congress flavors and have been using them for over a year now. Shipping is very fast as I have always received products on time. And as it is cheaper than regular cigarettes i have nothing to complain about.

I like V2 cigs because it is very affordable. I don’t want to spend too much on ecigs because i’m trying to quit vaping altogether. So V2 seems to be a viable option right now. I have been using V2 ever since I switched to ecigs and i never had any problem with the product. I love their flavor options. My favorite is menthol 6mg and I think it is the best in the business and vanilla 0mg. Overall, all flavors are very good and they give you a very smooth draw and just the right amount of throat hit. I will say go for V2 it will save you a lot of money in the long run.

The best thing about v2 is its throat hit which is really really strong and its excellent vapor production. I like the Peppermint and the Menthol flavor. On the whole, I found everything about V2 above my expectation. From its impressive packaging to its very friendly customer care service! They’re a really professional company.

After reading some of the reviews on the forums (most of which seemed positive), I decided to give v2 a try. I got my first kit three weeks ago and have been using it since. It’s pretty great actually!! It’s helped me cut down on smoking from one pack a day to around 3-4 sticks. Now I’m getting ready to upgrade to the eGo-style ecigs, which apparently perform a little better than the beginner models. Regardless, I think I’ll continue using my V2.

Since I switched to V2 I never had a desire to go back to analog. One week back I ordered my kit and along with that a 10 pack flavor sample. My favorite is the Vanilla and Coffee flavor. I loved their flavor so much so that i have ordered a whole bunch including Red and Congress! Since V2 is cheaper compared to the other brands I also ordered e-liquids which will last for quite a few days to come. I believe that you should make hay while the sun shines!!! 🙂
