I like Green Smoke a lot, their batteries and cartomizers are a little spotty in quality but I like the flavors and the customer service.

Unfortunately it looks like they’re currently phasing out their ultralight 6 mg cartomizers and I am really disappointed! I got an email today saying that my order was on ‘back order’ in this strength but I could choose from other strengths. They already stopped carrying my favorite flavor in the 6 mg earlier this year.
I wrote them back and asked if the cartomizers are actually back-ordered or being discontinued and told them I wasn’t going to go back to using a higher nicotine level; I was just going to have to use another company instead, which sucks because I don’t really know what company I should order from or if their flavors are going to be good or not. *sigh* I haven’t heard back from customer service yet.

I wonder if they’re phasing out the 6mg cartidges because they aren’t as popular or because they want people to keep using higher nicotine levels to maintain their addiction. this sucks.

I’ve been a heavy smoker for a long time. But then I found Green Smoke. It wasn’t my 1st e-cig so I was skeptical, but man, Green Smoke is AWESOME! I love everything about them. Only downside is that they do not offer eGO style e-cigs and e-liquds. Other than that – they are awesome and every beginner should try Green Smoke!

My favorite flavor, beyond any others, is Mocha Mist. My second favorite, Smooth Chocolate, was dropped. I started ordering Mountain Clove as a reasonable substitute for Smooth Chocolate. Guess what? Now, Mountain Clove was dropped. What’s next, Mocha Mist, my favorite? I’m going elsewhere.

I would like to say, that after three years of ‘Vaping’, GREEN SMOKE has been the best experience with E-Cigs that I’ve ever had. Their customer service is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. They go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers.

THAT being said, as most are aware, the company was bought by another “cig” company and have adopted a new “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” policy on delivery. I’m sure that’s not an issue for some people, but, I found this a complete an utter hassle. I’m retired and home most of the time, but I don’t know when FED EX is coming around. My first experience with this, after 2 attempted deliveries, I ended up going to FED EX to get my cigs. At the FED EX station, I noticed 2 other packages from GREEN SMOKE for other folks that still had not been delivered. You can’t make the FED EX driver come at a particular time. So….
I offered GREEN SMOKE the option of a signed affidavit that they could keep on file, so the package could be left on the porch with out a signature. NOPE.
So, I’m switching to another brand. I’m trying HALO now and will post about them as I use their product.

Love Greensmoke.
This product had a large role in my ability to quit smoking (1/2 pack a day habit). I get the throat hit which had been my main obstacle in previous quitting smoking attempts (I kept missing that sensation)
Flavours are great, battery lasts a long time.
Definitely give it a try if you’re trying to quit (despite not being marketed for this purpose you will see that thousands of people have quit smoking with the help of e-cigs)

I have been vaping since vaping first started (about 5 years now). I’ve found, through enormous research, that almost every e-cigg on the market is actually designed by one of 3-5 companies, and many companies are just ‘re-branding’ using their name. For years, e-cigg sales were all done online… now we have the entry of brick and morter. My guess is that this company is just re-branding a joy-tech or other mainstream product (it costs a lot to actually make your own product). What I learned regarding almost all ‘small’ eciggs, is that the batteries never make it thought one day. Also, product quality rarely exists… one out of 10 batteries is actually good, rechargable, and works as you expect, the other 9 batteries will be a frustrating waste of time.

I buy online from totally wicked. They sell higher end (rebranded) products, but the key is they actually try to help you if you buy a dud battery. I have learned to buy less batteries, and test each one when they arrive (its hard to return a backup battery that you’ve been sitting on for several months). I love the large batteries, that hold a charge for a week (not hours).

Do your online research and find the best companies which offer quality customer care. This is your key, otherwise you will be frustrated and wasting a lot of time and money.

I have been a Green Smoke user for nearly 2 years. Like many, it started out amazing! I couldn’t believe the flavor of their Absolute Tobacco cartomizers and their batteries lasted pretty close to the specs on their site.

Fast forward a year and the story isn’t so rosy. The cartomizers are now about %50 solid. The other half of what you get either don’t last nearly as long as GSI (Green Smoke Inc.) says they all do or they maintain their vapor but lose the flavor which leaves the customer with a nasty chemical taste. The batteries have fallen WAY off, as well. You’ll be lucky to get one good battery out of every six you get.

When I first noticed the decline in GSI’s quality, I placed a call to their “award winning” customer service team. I was thrilled that they were all over it and immediately sent me out replacements for every piece that wasn’t up to standard. Although it’s always a hassle to call any customer service to get replacements, I thought to myself “well, as long as they stand behind their products and send me replacements so I get what I am paying for, it’s not all that bad.”

Let’s move ahead to today. I’m basically blacklisted at this point. This “award winning” customer service team has been ignoring my replacement requests. Or, they say they will call me and they haven’t. I’ve been waiting to talk with a manager-level person for almost a month. When I call them, they tell me that now, as soon as I find a defect, I have to send them back my entire order before they’ll consider sending me replacements. It’s always uncomfortable when I give them my account information over the phone and as soon as they see my file, their voices change immediately and I’m treated like I’m in the wrong.

The worst part is, I haven’t found ANY other product that is as good as theirs. (when it works, of course) So I’m in a bad spot at the moment, but as soon as I find another product that is acceptable, I won’t waste a moment’s time in dropping GSI.

BOTTOM LINE: GSI’s products work great, just only half the time. They do not care about their returning customers and will, eventually, treat you like you’re trying to take advantage of them. If you want what you pay for, look elsewhere, folks. GSI started strong, but it seems like greed has gotten to their leadership.

One of the best products on the market. It helped me quit smoking 6 months ago and I’ve been smoke free ever since. Thank god! Really good people and helpful support team. Would recommend them.

I have been lucky and tried GreenSmoke 1st. The others that get attention are sub-par and for a ex smoker, GreenSmoke is the only way to go for mail order.

are all kind of rubbish – have no real good taste and the drags/throat hits are not at all satisfying.
When I am in a jam I have found the 800 puff Jak cig available at BP to be the best of the over the counter variety

I have tried a lot of ecigs and Green Smoke is tied for first place along with V2 Ex. Ecig. I am a heavy vapor. .. I have a monster Hades mechanical mod with a xl Tohb atomizer that produces huge clouds. I wanted something more low key though for college and when I’m out in public so I decided to buy an ecig unit. My first one was the BLU ecig and I was very disappointed ..I then bought the new Vuse ecig for ten bucks and absolutely loved it but it didnt produce enough vapor to satisfy my needs. I then made a trip to the cigar store and bought the Green Smoke starter kit. The first time I tried the green smoke ecig I was in love. It produced a perfect amount of vapor and the taste was spot on as well as the throat hit. I absolutely love the Green Smoke ecig. I have noticed that the cartomizers last me all day and night as well. The only negative thing about the company is that they stopped selling the flavored cartridges in California. They only sell the tobacco flavors and menthol. That’s ok though because I love their tobacco flavors and if I want sweet candy flavors I can just use my mechanical mod. My father has the new V2 ex ecig though and I also love that ecig brand as well. Imho though, Green smoke is OUTSTANDING!

I have been using Greensmoke for over 10 months, I was reasonably happy with the product although a little expensive and some of the cartridges do not last as long as others, however, I have just been informed that they will no longer be shipping to Australia, no reason except that it was a company decision, this company is not trustworthy, purchased the kit, batteries etc and now useless to me as I can no longer get the cartridges at a reasonable price, very disappointing company

I am a newbie at this, by that I mean I got one Apollo disposable, and GreenSmoke is the second one I’ve tried. I don’t have a whole lot to compare it to, but I will say that I really like the draw on it. With the Apollo, I felt like I was just sucking on air, and didn’t get that satisfying feeling. With GreenSmoke, it feels more like what you’d experience with a traditional cigarette, and it produces a nice amount of vapor as well. I only gave it 4 stars because they don’t have many flavor choices.
I’m mainly writing this review because of the offer I found. I stumbled across GreenSmoke while searching online for a “free sample” ecig. If you are a brand new customer, have never ordered from them before, you can get a trial kit from them for free, you only pay a dollar for shipping. I figured they’d send me a battery with a cartomizer or two to try. WRONG. Used E-cigs to quit smoking. Was using another brand that I loved but they didn’t offer a 0 nicotine option so I had to switch. After a few failed attempts with other brands I found Green Smoke. I am impressed. Great flavor and options. Customer Service is top notch. In a nut shell, these are awesome and there is no other reason to waste your money on any other brand.

My first kit of Green Smoke came in a very attractive box. Their vapor production is very strong and full of flavor. I think they did a very good job with ‘red label’ flavor and I have been recommending it to my friends since I first laid my hands on them. Their starter kit is just perfect for someone like me who is looking for a real cig alike. So far I’ve been getting lots of vapor and a realistic throat hit (enough to cut down my cravings for a cig).

I love their flavor quality – I only wish they had more flavors. Their cartomizers are better than most of the others I’ve tried and last longer too.

Green Smoke very plainly states it is not a smoking ceasation device, so I didn’t expect much. But after trying them for a month, I found out I preferred ‘EVERYTHING” about them over cigarettes and threw my last empty cigarette pack away and said FK IT, I’M NOT BUYING THEM ANYMORE! So, I have kicked a 50 year cancer stick habit even though Green Smoke said that’s not what they sell them for! ! !

They were very quick to replace my faulty charger the very next day without any hassle. I’m in love with red label. The taste is amazingly great. The battery life is also good. I really wish they would offer some flavor diversity so we are not stuck with coffee, vanilla, menthol and chocolate flavor. Nevertheless, they taste really good.
