E-Cigarettes Pose No Threat to Heart

A group of Greek researches recently studied the adverse effects of e-cigarettes on cardiac function and found that e-cigarettes pose no threat to the heart. Electronic cigarettes are becoming more popular each day and many people are skeptical about the adverse effects it can have on their health condition. Dr Konstantinos suggests that “Electronic cigarettes are not a healthy habit but they are a safer alternative to tobacco cigarettes”.
A tobacco smokers experience significant heart dysfunction, such as raised blood pressure and heart rate. Fortunately, an e-cigarette user receives only a slight raise in heart rate and blood pressure. This can suggest that e-cigarettes are healthier than regular tobacco cigarettes.
