I saw the difference when I started vaping. It went away within a week. It also increased my lung capacity.

So if you ask me I will say that I find it quite comfortable to vape. But obviously I have to be sure that the smoke does not get too hot.

Vaping is certainly the better and less irritating choice.

Due to stress i was at a pack every day and a half and just one day my friend showed me and yes I do smoke here and there cause of stress at work, vaping doesn’t always help there but my health has improved a lot
